Worst customer service ever. Derek is rude and always has a attitude the quality of the food is absolutely horrible. I would give triple zero stars if I could definitely don't recommend giving this place your money
The WORST Dairy Queen in Des Moines. Every time I come here, the service is horrible and rude. And the blizzards are just a cup of vanilla ice cream… for reference this was supposed to be a s'mores blizzard… The only reason I come to this location is because it is close to home, from now on though I will make the drive else where.
