I am upgrading to three stars because I spoke with Heather today who said she is the acting manager, and she said the man in my previous review was actually named was fired yesterday because of the many customer complaints. I'm not giving more than three stars because the facility has a very dark and dreary atmosphere on the inside and according to the drive-through menu board, this location is out of three or four of our favored blizzard ingredients. It grieves me to review at one star, but unfortunately, thanks to Ryan at the drive-through, I have no other choice. On a sidenote, the location was not busy when we arrived or departed.My Family and I went through the drive-through about 2:15 PM, Sunday afternoon, and we were not sure exactly what Ryan said, but we thought it was possible they were out of a specific blizzard.
