I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard Cake and what I got was NOTHING like what I asked for. Total disappointment. I had my brother pick it up, only to find out it wasn’t even close to the order. Tried calling the store several times and of course, no one answers. Horrible service and a complete waste of money. I’ll never order from this place again.
Expensive and low quantity
Will never go there again. Staff was friendly, service was quick, food was as expected intially. It is over 85 degrees and I asked for a bubble lid because it was already melting as my blizzard was handed to me. I was told they can only be used on a sundae (which is a cheaper item than what I purchased). I drove home and ended up with melted ice cream in my cupholder and all over my hands, so I had to spend time cleaning all that. No nice greeting in the drive thru. Lady literally asked what I wanted. Since I don't live near a DQ I dont know the menu well. So when I asked for the smallest vanilla cone for my toddler daughter so rudely asked like I was stupid, "so a kid cone...." I was like yes.... she proceeded to ask "what else do you want" When I asked, "Can I get a medium superman cake batter cookie dough blizzard" apparently saying the entire name was incorrect because she replied, so a superman blizzard.
