Set in the drive thru for 20 mins win it was time to order Just rude..canceled our order and waited 10 mins to get out of line..
Worst service ever the girl at the window tonight took my order was rude didn’t listen I got to the window she asked again made the wrong thing left my credit card card in the holder when she went to make it over slamming the window and walked away while I was talking! Horrible person I will never go back !
I’m half way to finishing this #1 combo chicken burger that I ordered just a while ago (around 12n today) and I saw this moldy bun. Means, they are not aware or even looking and check the foods before handing it to the customer. Very sad.
i just wanted a small oreo blizzard with extra oreo and what they did was throw the ice cream in and put the oreo on top and didn’t even bother to mix it. PLUS ice cream was all over the cup, she didn’t bother to wipe it off. idk what it is, but the drive thru workers are always rude and i’m kind of sick of it.
Absolutely worst customer service of any Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. I walked in and made eye contact with the woman at the counter. She didn’t smile or say hello back. She turned around and continued to clean the ice cream machine with her back to me. I picked out an ice cream cake from the freezer and set it on the counter waiting to be helped.
