Great customer service
Employees constantly ignore and walk by when trying to order, came in and asked if I was buying or not and than walked away when I said yes, rolled there eyes, and just ignored me and my friends for like 10 mins straight, place used to be real great just now is slow and takes forever
Ice cream cake was good but the writing wasn’t what I asked for and it looked like a 4 year old did it. 36.00 plus tax for a small cake is a bit pricey.
Some of the rudest staff I have ever seen. Absolutely no social skills and completely lacks care for the customer.
I have never waited so long for "fast food". I was there for 40 minutes! I believe this due to understaffing, but I am not sure what too so long as the fries did not seem fresh.
