Friendly staff. Great ice cream!
Heather and her crew are incredibly RACIST, worst customer service I have ever received. Stopped by there for a pick up and her crew were closing the doors on me and speaking amongst themselves behind the glass. Heather refused to provide me my order for pick up until I moved my vehicle. I refuse to accept such neglect to another human being. And I hope management will do a better job of training their team members that serve the Braintree community. I will be following up with a higher up.
