Easily the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to prior to these owners I used to go to this location all the time. Now I only go rarely and after my last experience I will never go again. They don't care about the customer at all. Even when it's their fault they will not give you a refund. On their website you can buy Dairy Queen Frozen cakes. New ownership is absolutely terrible. They don't give refunds, even for their errors, and the lady at the window was short and rude. Asked for caramel 3x for a dessert. They said yes to confirm each time. We'll, got home and no caramel. The ice cream very soft and melty. Also, dilly bars only come in a bag and not wrapped. Will not be back.
