I had a lovely experience at this location, I think her name was Taya, she was so patient with my five kids, giving us time to decide and recommending flavors, I recommend everyone to ask for her by her name. I wish she would be at every DQ location i ever visit!
Poor customer service. It seems that the guy is so pissed , no communication , no respect.
The guy opening up on Friday morning was yelling at us for leaning on “his counter” and threatening to call security. We asked him to talk to us nicely and he got even more aggressive and said he didn’t care. Edit to the post. He did call security and started cussing us out.
“Over the past three years, customer service at this location has been consistently poor. Staff often display a negative attitude.”
I went in with my children to get them an orange Julius. They were super excited. My daughter got hers and said "dad this doesn't taste right" so I went back and told the man working there. He threw a fit saying it was half empty. So I opened the lid and showed him it was still full. I proved him wrong, then he goes "ugh! ok go throw it out" very lousy attitude.
