Tonight I went inside to order because the drive through was full. There was no one else inside and I ordered a small blizzard and medium shake, nothing crazy and it took them so long to make my order that h the drive through cleared out. The 4 teens working were so busy talking and not working it was ridiculous. Every time we go, the attitudes are awful and it takes forever. It is close to our house and we like to keep our business on the South side but I will not be going back there.

Went through drive through 10 min before close. Our order included 2 of the Savannah Banana Split shakes. Received 2 warm, brown liquids with whipped topping on them. Appears to have chunks of chocolate and strawberry blended in. If I had to guess, they were cleaning the machine with warm water and flushing it at the end of the night. Decided to serve up hot ice cream soup to the last customer. If hadn't been in drive thru and driving away when realized what was served, would have returned. Terrible service. 5/9/2026
