I’m not sure what happened to this location but it is terrible. Ive lived in the area and have been coming here for years. After a really bad experience, I’ve given this place 3 tries over the last few weeks, and each time is worse than the other. Usually when you go to a chain you know you can count on the consistency and taste…. They must being mixing ingredients wrong or have spoiled product because it taste way off. This is a great place for sweet treats and ice cream 🍦
Don't get a brownie sundae. They charge you and say they'll put a brownie in it, but when you get it, there's some brownie flakes added to it.
The workers are extremely rude and unwelcoming; when asked simple questions such as “ is it supposed to be overfilled with the feeling” they shout back aggressively; then went as far as removing the napkins from the outside after my friend grabbed one for the first time. Then proceeded to watch us intensely as we sat to eat our ice cream. 0/10 customer service would recommend traveling five mins away to the next closest diary queen.
