Bad experience here. They are very mean. My cup was broken and it splashed everywhere, and they only give me another cup. There is no compensation, no apologizing. And the drinks are too expensive. I swear I won’t be there anymore.
Worst Blizzard I have ever had. It had a funnel hole down the middle and only the top was mixed and it had hardly any Oreo cookies. I have never been more disappointed in a Blizzard from Dairy Queen. Whoever made this obviously doesn't care about the customer and should find a new job!
3rd class customer service, there is no solution offered. those smoothies we ordered was disgusting. When we reach their crew they tried to make things up.(lady who assisted us) should learn customer service classes.
