Sitting there and letting people walk out to their car and not finish their order while you stand in line
I pick up ice cream from this location at least once a month and usually have good experience, but today’s experience was horrible. First of all the employee did not say hi or acknowledge me until I initiated the conversation and after showing my name on pick up order on my phone, he hands me the bag and just walks away, no thank you or anything, wtv fine maybe not a friendly person.
