Convenient location, friendly staff and good customer service. However, I would recommend that all employees get trained on using the app so that customers can utilize the deals and rewards. My daughter purchased a large blizzard and wanted to redeem the deal of purchasing a blizzard and getting a second blizzard for equal or lesser value. The place is frequently dirty and smells like cigarettes. They try to hide the smell with plug-ins but there's no hiding that, someone smokes in there often.
