Arrived at 842pm. Online and door says they close at 930pm. They were closed. And employee laughed and turned off the front light.
You guys are supposed to be open till 9:30 and you close the doors at 8:40 I don't care if you ran out of ice cream people were coming there in the rain you should have gave them free coupons instead of closing your doors you just lost my business
Came in on a Wednesday night and the store was not busy at all. Had 4 employees working and still took 20 minutes to make 3 blizzards. Store was dirty and staff was slow to move. Will never be coming back here again as this was my first time.
It’s been a while since we last ordered a cake from Dairy Queen, but today we picked up an ice cream cake for my daughter, and it was absolutely phenomenal! If you’re getting one from the Queen Street location, be sure to ask for Allie—she did an amazing job, and you won’t regret it. Thank you, Allie!
