I have been a loyal DQ customer since 2017, but I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior from a staff member until today. I went to pick up a delivery order and waited patiently for about 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, I politely asked for the estimated time, and a staff member named Theo (likely Filipino) responded with a very disrespectful attitude.
