Excellent customer service from Harsh. Very friendly and polite guy, served us a very delicious cake ,fries and onion rings, also tried the new drink which is pineapple flavoured that was too yumm…
This one guy, whenever I go to drive thru, will definitely keep the ice cream blizzard lid in microwave to heat the brownie. I told him multiple times to not do that and to heat the brownie in a different container. He is adamant and doesnt listen. Shuts the windown on your face. Every single time. Rest of the guys are great except for this one indian, tall guy. He is bad at it.
I usually go to the Dairy Queen in Blairemore, however I was close to Hampton so I placed my daughters cake order here (A week in advance). When my mom went to pick it up for me today, it was not ready to go, they asked what we wanted written on it which was already on the order I placed a week prior, and this is how it turned out. My 7 year old could've done a better job. When my mom expressed that, they said sorry nothing we can do. She took it to blairemore and they wiped it off and made it look beautiful!
