I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst dairy queen I have been to. Crew standing around playing on phones, no hats or hairnets. To keep hair out of your food. Phones never work. So reaching the store good luck. But one thing I been having issues with is the ice cream. They are short cutting making their blizzards right, they are always melted and when you go to tell management about it. Instead of being respectful and fixing it. They complain and tell you to not come back. Worst Dairy Queen ever.

The baddie in the window today was so pleasant and fast. She had her lashes done and I complimented her on them she was working so hard and getting the customers taken care of in the drive thru. She never once seemed flustered or overwhelmed. I didn’t catch her name but she is a customer service queen periodt

I ordered the mint dipped ice cream and my husband ordered the cherry dipped. Both came out looking like this and the staff handed it to me like this was acceptable.

After a long day of driving, rush hour traffic in Atlanta, and rain, we were tired and hungry. This restaurant was a great place to decompress. The staff was very attentive, the restaurant clean, and food well prepared. The location staff is doing the right things to serve their customers.
