Poor service when not fixing a cake error they made. Make sure that whoever orders your cake is the one who picks it up.
rude employee forgot my food which is fine mistakes happen but when i came back after going home and coming back she was very rude to me about it, shoved my food in my face and then slammed the window in my face after i thanked her. girl with piercings in her face has zero customer service skills. don’t keep her up front
The BEST DQ around. Every single person that works there is tremendously nice and great at their jobs. Thankful to find a place where all employees care. Appreciate you all!
This is the best DQ in the metro. They’ve never messed up an order, foods always fresh and hot. You never wait more than a few minutes. Just perfect.
