I visited this DQ location this morning to pick up a cake I ordered, and overheard the woman who seemed to be in charge raising her voice and swearing at her co workers. Very disheartening to hear and my Grandmother and I felt very bad for the other staff!
Absolutely unreal service — like watching a blizzard ninja in action. Cool under pressure, fast, friendly, and handled the chaos like a total pro. 10/10 would line up again just to witness the greatness Arielle mic drop for this employee
Rude staff specially the tall blond guy he was rude to me just because I am an uber driver He made me wait while the ordar was ready And when I ask him ti give it to me he was more rude And gave me dislike just because I asked him to give me my ordar
Very slow, more often then not the line in the drive up is too long and slow to wait for.
Waited nearly 15 minutes just to place our order. We were second in line. Mobile and drive through customers were waiting 20+ minutes. Either this place is understaffed (there were at least 6 people I could see working) or poorly managed.
