Well the food, ice cream and price were always good but the staff that go above and beyond make the big difference
Please fix your ice cream machine so that it doesn’t come out melted. If I wanted a shake I’d order one.
Worst service I've ever received. I placed my order in drive thru at 815.. was told to pull around front .. where I waited for 20 min for my food . Eventually I got fed up went into store where I watched it under the heat lamp for another 10 min ... Then got served it. Terrible service for extremely mediocre & over priced food. I would love to give u zero stars of I could as 1 isn't doing this justice
We visited the Bath Road Kingston location tonight and were impressed by the staff. The young lady that served us (stickers on hat), was very friendly and professional. We told her about a peanut allergy, she made a note and then we watched as they cleaned the machine and put gloves on before preparing our order. We were very appreciative and pleased.
