Last night I ordered a Chocolate Brownie Extreme. I was served a cup of it plane vanilla soft serve. 0 effort to even make the correct product. Likely won’t be back, can’t justify $8-13 for an ice cream that’s not even going to be correct…

We ordered a large chocolate dip ice cream cone! What we received was a sundae cup with cream with chocolate shell on top! We ordered a large blizzard and the portioning for oreo was incredibly small and the blizzard was not mixed.
