I always have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. I come late at night, when it is (usually) quiet (besides rowdy teenagers— not the fault of the restaurant), and the employees are always very pleasant. I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but the employee with red hair was super sweet and a great listener. She even brought out the blizzard and poutine I ordered to my table, even though I was going to pick it up at the counter, which was a kind gesture! Rude and non-professional staff. I was set to pick up my food at approx 1803h tonight (06 March 26). If I can leave a zero star, I would. I ordered online and when I got there, there were three people up front - none of them paid attention. It took another person who was wearing a headset (I assume working the drive thru) to come by and ask if I have been helped and I told her no. Staff was very nice, but I did not receive the chocolate fudge I wanted in my blizzard :( I’m very sad :(

The lady who decorated the Blizzard cake has never ever disappointed. This time she nailed it. Beautiful job! 18 years later was the cake!
