I took the brownie and oreo cupfection, I got frozen brownie in it and it was supposed to be microwave before serving.
I’m really disappointed with the service I received today at your store. I placed my order first, but the employee chose to serve a group of seven people and another group of three who came after me. It was very obvious that I was ignored while others, who seemed to be Canadian, were prioritized. This kind of behavior feels discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I had ordered for a Oreo cookie ice cream but they handed me wrong one. When i asked for my order the lady at counter didn’t responded. They even not deserve 1 star. The owner and manager should work on their team for atleast customer satisfaction. They were handling others order first before me, even I ordered first.
Peanut butter parfait should have peanut. I only got 3 half pieces. Hardly worth the money. Someone needs better training
