Sent my wife to Dairy Queen in Covington. She called me and I placed the order myself. I asked the cashier twice did she get what I asked for. She said yes . I asked for a burger with mayo, ketchup, lettuce , extra onion and an onion ring. I got a burger with pickles, mayo and ketchup and an onion ring so hard it hurts the roof of my mouth to eat. The food was good and the customer service was out the roof
Did online order got there. Took money out my account. Said they didn't see my order. Staff was very rude
