I've given this Dairy Queen multiple chances over the past year, but unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. I've had my burger made incorrectly on multiple occasions despite making simple requests, the drive thru wait times are often much longer than expected, and the customer service has been consistently unfriendly. Came here maybe a couple weeks ago and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my food. I worked in customer service so I tend to be pretty patient but this was a long time to wait. I would have let this go but when the food finally came out it wasn’t all there. I called the store to get it handled and was told a manager was unable to take my call. This Dairy Queen in Portage Wisconsin does not pay attention to customizations on their online orders. Today is the second time I added something and paid the upcharge and I didn't get it. Today was an extra brownie piece in my Blizzard..there were only 2 small chunks in my mocha brownie mudslide. I order through the apps so I can customize my orders easier, but it gets missed every time here.
