Came through drive thru, and once arriving at the window I realized I had to transfer funds to my bank. As I did this there was an African American woman inside the building that began to talk about how long it was taking and how there’s a line! Mind you when I pulled up we were the only car there, not only that but she could have told me to pull back around or come inside to pay if she was that concerned with her times in drive thru. Food was decent but not hot. The staff was not the friendliest folks. Not bad but not 5 stars. Our second visit: service was quick. Mopping entire floor so we had no choice but to walk on a wet floor. Food was decent and hot.

I came with my family to get some ice, and as we pulled into the drive-thru, there was an employee standing in the middle of the entrance, on her phone, with her back turned. Obviously, we couldn’t get through, so my husband honked to get her attention. As we drove by, she started saying something, so my husband stopped to address her, and she told him he “didn’t have to do all that.” Well, how else were we supposed to get through when she was blocking the way on her phone?
