Went in on Canada Day so expected crowds. However, staff stopped taking in-store orders to focus on mobile orders without telling any of the customers waiting in line. After about 15 minutes, I asked if they planned to resume taking orders and was told "5–10 minutes." Five minutes later, another customer asked me if they'd stopped taking orders and I told them what I'd been told.
