The Asian employees working today, November 12, 2026, lack the necessary competence to interact with customers. Man at counter was borderline rude. This Dairy Queen does not participate in the $7 meal deal because it's too good of a deal for them to make money on. They want you to buy a four-piece chicken basket plus a soda that would roughly be at least $14 verses $7 for the three-piece meal deal that includes a soda and sundae. Sincerely greeting customers is one way employees demonstrate pride in their workplace. As soon as we entered this Dairy Queen earlier today, we received a hospitable welcome from the gentleman behind the counter.
