2 people in the place working, no one in the drive thru, no customers at the till except 2 of us and it took 15 minutes for bugers and fries that came with mini blizzard. We waited to get the blizzards until after we ate the hot food. Then all of a sudden 8 people needed to order cakes. In total we were there for almost 45mins before we could get the rest of our paid meal. No priorities, no sense of urgency, one person doing everything while the other was in the office. Poor service.

Worst blizzard ever. The second the blizzards were given to us they were already half melted, and by the time we were halfway through them, they were already like soup. Also, I’ve gotten so many cotton candy blizzards and have always loved them, but this time even the taste was way worse and sickly sweet, I felt sick after eating the half of it that I was able to eat before it turned to liquid. Disappointing, especially with the crazy inflated prices. Not worth going to Dairy Queen anymore.
