Very disappointed in this location. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes tonight before deciding this place didn’t deserve my time or money. Several other cars in the line did the same. This is a joke of an operation. If you can’t staff the location properly, it may be time to think about closing and doing something else other than wasting people’s time. I enjoyed ice cream from another local business instead. Even gave them a tip for their quick and timely service.
Service was very slow.
Service was horrible employees are lazy everything was sticky there was one car in front of us and we sat for 5 minutes waiting to order them another 10 minutes waiting for 2 milkshakes. I'll never go there again
Staffing issues, long lines, and the ice cream machines are always broken
