Ordered a double cheese burger basket. They gave me the flame thrower instead. Called to complain. No one would answere the phone. Kid in the window was more worried about playing in his phone than anything. I make the drive to the one on Calumet next time.
This location messes up our orders consistently. I've let it slide a long time but got fed up this time when I paid for two 6 piece baskets in the drive thru and got back to find out they gave me two 4 piece baskets.
I got fries and ranch as a snack, I’ve had Dairy Queen ranch so many times, and never in my life has it ever looked like this. Ik it was ranch because I smelt it, HOWEVER, my ranch was THICK, it was CHUNKY. Absolutely disgusting
My order was wrong. The were happy to fix it. As a result I got free small fries & 3 PC chicken strips. The rest of our order was good. The service was over the top. Very pleasant and courteous workers. We will be back.
