Terrible staff
We bought a cake and have the staff put on birthday wishes. I like that the service was swift and staff was polite. The place was clean. There wasn't any other customer.
Everything I've ordered here, the service is excruciatingly slow (<15 minutes for an order), usually cold and incomplete. The staff do not care.
