Absolutely the worst and rudest service you can get in town. The lady made my Blizzard wrong and tried to convince me it was what I ordered. When I refused to take it, she remade it correctly, but then started making excuses about why it looked different. I got what I wanted after dealing with absolutely terrible looks, service, and treatment. She treated me like I was stupid and kept saying “see how I’m doing it” in a very condescending way. I live near the Dairy Queen, I have a very difficult time placing an order the people taking the order does not understand or speak very good English. I have had to repeat myself on several occasions when placing the order. I just left there and the person who took the order was an American and she got the order wrong as well. Most of time that I go to this location the order is not for me so I don’t if it’s wrong until I deliver it to the person that ordered it.
The burger I had was overpriced, overcooked, and tasted terrible. I had a Bacon Ranch Burger. The bacon seemed like regurgitated and artificially flavored chemicals. The bun was burnt. $13 for just that gem. I won't be back.
Always late in taking order. Basic common sense of who is waiting. It drive thru is first priority, everyone will take that route. We have waited for 17 minutes after taking the 1st item in the order and again they came after sometime. Now the real wait, order took 14 minutes. Order is Icecream cone, kids meal. Hopefully they have some improvements
