We stopped in along with 2 brands as it was free ice cream day. The place was packed and the wait was long. But the ice cream was good.
Saturday night at 10pm. Pulled in and there were 5 or 6 cars in the drive through so I parked and ran in and placed my order to go. Despite being a little busy, I got my order perfectly within 5 minutes and was driving back home where I enjoyed my Heath caramel brownie cupfection. Thank you very much!
The service at this location is consistently slow, both inside and at the drive-thru, which frequently experiences long wait times. Efficiency and attentiveness could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience. While the establishment has potential, the delays and lack of prompt service make for a frustrating visit. Improving speed and customer care would greatly benefit this location.
The food is ok. The service needs more help. When I go home I noted I was missing dessert from kids meal and my fries . Under staff will feel rush .
Had to get myself a blizzard with my 7 dollar meal deal, so worth!
