How is it that the three times I have ordered online for a strawberry angel food cake blizzard and each time they never have the ingredients to make it. It's disappointing as each time I think I'll finally try it, it doesn't happen. Why does the app allow me to order it if they don't have the stuff to make it. I then asked for the biscoff blizzard to substitute it, which of course they also didn't have the appropriate ingredients. Everytime me and my family come here and order bizarre icecream looks like their machines not working properly it’s all melting and they don’t flip the icecream they just hands it to you. This is the last time we coming here. Called to speak to HR management felt it was very rude that he didn’t want to get on the phone to speak and had the employee speaking for him. Went with my niece on our day out bc she loves DQ. After ordering, we were told there was only 1 employee to cook the food so it would be a short wait. I should have asked for a refund then. 15ish min later (& 3 complaints from other customers) our food arrived (2 cheeseburger meals). The only thing edible was the fries. My bun was both soft & chewy. My nieces had mustard & pickles on it which she hates (yes we asked for plain) but since it took so long to get the food we scraped it off & she only ate around the edges. This ... read more

I'm tired of this DQ location. Every time I visit, they are out of at least one basic ingredient (oreos, peanut butter, strawberries, etc.). The last time I went, I tried to order the Angel Food Cake blizzard and was told they didn't offer that flavor at this location. But the flavor was listed on the menu. I love DQ but I will never go to this location again and will drive farther just to go to one that is fully stocked with ingredients.
