I saw a rat get killed in a trap in the back of their kitchen and all of the workers completely freaked out. GROSSES THING EVER! Literally all of the workers were freaking out and had no idea what to do. Instead of taking orders or helping the customers, they just talked and talked with eachother. AND, to top off this terrible experience, they were daring eachother to touch the dead animal with bare hands!! Me and my family walked out as soon as we saw this. Very disappointed.
Friendliest DQ around. They accepted multiple coupons at the counter with no hesitation. Simple, but tasty fast food.
My caramel coffee tasted like mint blizzard. Asked for a new one and they said it's carmel coffee. That's it. $6 went to the garbage. Disgusting.
K. I revisited to try their chocolate dipped cone, as my previous experience was less than stellar. This is obviously a franchise location that listens and is committed to customer satisfaction, because this time, it was a FANTASTIC chocolate dipped cone. No paper thin coating. Twas excellent!
