Very rude employees and very unprofessional manager lady, shift lead wasn’t even wearing proper work clothes and yelling at employees in the back
From walking in the door, we knew it would be a rough experience. Everyone behind the counter basically ignored us for 10 minutes. When we ordered we dealt with Matthew, who was absolutely not professional about his job whatsoever. He had a very demeaning attitude and absolutely no patience with people. Once we ordered the food, they made the blizzards and we asked if they could be saved in the fridge till after. Normally they ask if you want to wait or not and they did not offer this to us. Was gonna go down at 9pm to get ice cream and fries for me and my kiddos but they close early dont go here they lie on there times and have rude customer service
