If i could give it zero stars i would. This is the second time I've gone and sat in line for a minimum of ten minutes and they don't answer the speaker and all of a sudden they're closing the store before 11. (Been there thirty minutes prior to closing time) I get to speaker 10 til and am sitting there waiting no one spoke to me or the cars in front. People started driving off. Highly disappointed.

Service was fast and employees were friendly.
I ordered online at about 10:11pm. They close at 11 but the confirmation showed it would be ready at 10:31. I got to the curbside pickup spot and waited until 10:53. Still nothing. So I went inside. I was greeted with very rude employees. One of them expressed they were upset because no one locked the door. My order “receipt” was still sitting on the printer thing. “Provided” terrible service, inexperienced staff. These people don’t care about their job, please go to a different Dairy Queen that doesn’t use “under new management” as an excuse for their anorexic portion sizes. 2 Cashiers weren’t trained enough to even know what dipped cone was.
