Stopped for lunch while traveling through the state. The staff at this location appeared to be struggling. Missing items from our order, the toast was not good or properly toasted, among others. Some of the workers had inadequate customer skills. Also, the AC in the building was not working.
Went to Dairy Queen tonight and ordered a dipped cone. The girl at the window stood there without saying anything to me and texted on her phone for over a solid minute. I ended up leaving. Worst customer service.
Everything was absolutely amazing and the manager was great making sure that my friend and I got everything we ordered.
Great food. Very understaffed. Out of several items.
