We WILL NOT go back to DQ after they gave us cold french fries. My husband returned them for fresh ones, he then saw the server take our old fries and put them in a bag for a drive through customer. YUCK!!
Floors need to be cleaned better. Floor has s film over it making it very slippery and even noticed employees slipping on it.
Ordered a large blizzard with extra brownie pieces and pecans. Not one brownie piece or pecan in the entire Blizzard.
The staff are very professional and always serve my food with a smile. They always make sure that everything is clean ( restrooms and lobby). Marie is super sweet and understanding. She is always making sure that everyone is taken care of. Sydney is super kind to everyone in the lobby and makes it look super clean. Josie and Payton always have a caring heart, making sure that everyone is okay at all times and needing help, and Brooklynn is amazing at doing her job as she makes blizzards.
