The Willoughby Dairy Queen is a great place to go. They are busy all day for a reason.....Their staff is very friendly and they have such a great system set up that everyone works together so well in order to get the lines moving fast whether it be inside or drive-thru. The ice cream is always good. Now that I know they serve hamburgers, I am definitely coming back to try one.
Friendly staff! They even gave me an extra tender at no charge :)

Zero stars. My boyfriend and I walked inside as one of the staff members was mopping the floor. She seemed startled when she saw us. She proceeded to open the 2nd entrance door and allowed it to hit me instead of holding the door. She quickly yelled “Who locked the door?” And one of the other staff members told us that the lobby was closed and they could not take our order.
