I went through the drive through. Although I love their burgers, the drive through area is getting dirty. There was a shake running down the wall, as well as just a bunch of other foods, the windows are dirty. Just not very inviting or reassuring about the kitchens quality of clean.

Susan was quite rude, gave no resolutions to an online order issue and had an attitude my entire interaction. She threatened to give me cold food as I’d placed an online order and had to wait in line 30 minutes for my order id placed 15 minutes prior on the app. It told me my food would be ready at a certain time and the doors were locked. My blizzard was melted.
