Food and ice cream are good but the customer service needs work , almost feels like your bothering them ordering, no proper greeting just attitude most time I been. Would have to agree I rather drive alittle further West Boylston location ...
This location is hit or miss when it comes to food and service.
So we order regularly from here the strawberry cheesecake blizzard specifically, i always add extra topping and pay for it, but it seems i never get what i pay for, this store is great and the people are all good people , just please honor the order, and give me the extra toppings i pay for. Thank you and please comply
This is the 2nd time I was at the Worcester MA store and the fries were ice cold and barely got any. On top of the burgers having no bacon when they were supposed to and they had no ranch for my kids tenders. And it took 25 mins and we were the only ones in line!!! 2 bacon burger meals, a tender basket and a shake $49
