Came for a blizzard since it has been so hot but I cannot believe how rude the staff at this location is. On top of that the blizzard was so melted after just being given. Just a bad experience.
Ordered 2 Blizzards. They weren’t as hard as they should be. Talked to the manager to remake them. She was extremely rude, condescending and refused to re-make them. She kept offering to make 1 small blizzard instead. When we asked for a refund - she yanked the blizzards from our hands and re-made them with less Ingredients. Neither of the blizzards tasted like they should. Will never be back to this location - Horrible service, poor quality products and Rotten staff
This used to be our go to place until recently. The customer service is very poor here. The man at the counter was so rude. I ordered a meal and asked if there's an alternative for fries, he said he has "pudding", but actually what he meant was "poutine", to be it looked like he said pudding so I said, ok to that. As I was only looking for an alternative to fries, I would have never told yes to poutine.
