No condiments. No pepper, salt or ketchup. Only 1 dipping sauce for 6 piece basket. No napkins offered. Never going back. Go to Bowmanville DQ and see how it's done. Tired of being nickel and dimed by cheap business practices.
Much better DQ than Ajax location. They have more options. And they have the mini ice cream cupcakes here, too. Parking is small though.
By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. I visited shortly after opening and ordered two meals for my children's school lunches. I dropped off the first meal for my youngest without properly checking the food (my mistake), then delivered the second meal to my oldest. That's when she told me that the fries were not cooked properly and that her drink had no flavour, tasting only like soda water. I checked the food myself and found that she was absolutely right.
