I rarely eat out, but I decided to treat myself after a long day, and ordered the chicken strip basket in the drive through because I was travelling with a sleeping baby, and needed to get home quickly for his next feeding. I went into this DQ and went to use the bathroom and was surrounded by a group of flies, a dirty sink and a half plunger laying on the ground I used to go to this location many times but right now it’s gone so downhill I do not think I will ever go there again
Quite pricey now for the size of the portions, the customer service and quality has gone way downhill recently. Ice cream tastes thick, oily and unappetizing (not like other DQs). Items sometimes come missing condiments and when you ask for them they are added but in incredibly small amounts (e.g., tablespoon of whipped cream on a blizzard instead of covered, ...).
