Hi. My husband loves Dairy Queen, so as you can imagine, we eat there quite frequently. The food has been good, but the customer service is awful. If we go inside, it takes at least 5-10 minutes just to get an order, even when they're not busy- people just keep walking back and forth. The last time we went, two girls had an argument about who had to take our order. Tonight, the drive-thru operator couldn't get our order right, which is understandable through those speakers.
