A lot of the tables were dirty. Floor was sticky. The reason though for the one stars was the employees. Super Rude. My Girlfriend ordered a med strawberry shake. Told him 3 times med. She still received a small. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I received a plain chocolate sundae. I asked about the hot fudge they was out he said. Chocolate syrup is the same thing I was told.

It would be hard for me to find worse customer service. It seems like they lock the lobby door to keep people out, when we entered the staff visibly looked at each other annoyed, they then refused cash saying they did not have change. Don’t bother with this place—just rude staff and indifference.

Grown men fighting that work there while it is packed and therer was kids inside.no free ice cream is worth fighting do better!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went through the drive thru the lady on the speaker is already rude as hell!!!!! Then when i pull up to the window the same lady with red hair kind of big gives me the total then i paid. after that i do not even see this lady again. A dude with a septum then opens the window with my food and i said THANK YOU like a normal person does and he stares me dead in my face with an evil look and slams the window shut. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE AT WORK GO HOME
