If I am going to pay $6.35 for a medium blizzard, the ice cream should go to the top of the cup not well below. This seems to be a consistent issue with this location and only this location. Do better!
A young causation man was working up front but deliberately ignored me to stand in another area doing absolutely nothing. So I Couldn’t get help, he wouldn’t speak just looked at me. We had a stare-off, then eventually he asked what I wanted. Handed me my order, and didn’t say a thing. Horribly rude, for no apparent reason. I guess I didn’t look like someone he should be nice too, due to my darker hue! I would not recommend this location
They just microwave all their burgers now. They're gross. And no you won't address anything, that's what DQ does now, you microwave your food instead of having real cooks, like most fast food. It's cool, you can't expect a good product in any fast food restaurant these days. People who work for the wages fast food companies pay just don't care anymore.
