Great sizes, friendly staff, worth the extra drive across town
The service and quality has gone quite downhill at this location. I ordered 2 medium sundaes and they look like smalls. This happens all of the time. If I go to the other location in St. Albert, they are never this cheap on the ice cream. Also if I complain, the staff are very rude (except John, John is amazing and this never happens when he serves us)
John is always so kind and such a joy to see every time. He always knows what we need and helps to find something for everyone. He is amazing thank you John!
