I always order a double fudge cookie dough blizzard. 9 times out of 10 it is made completely wrong. The only times it is actually made right is if I specifically ask for the correct fudge to be put in. Tonight I order it and of course it is wrong but at this point I expect it to be wrong but the top part of the blizzard had fudge and cookie dough. The rest 3/4 of the cup was just vanilla ice cream. Why am I paying $7 for just vanilla ice cream?

Got a pumpkin blizzard. All the good stuff was at the top, and the rest was vanilla ice cream. For what these blizzards cost, that is a rip off. Very disappointed. A friend of mine said that is why she will go to the Dairy Queen in O'fallon or Highland. They make them with lots of the topping all the way through, not just at the top. Worth, going out of your way.
Absolutely putrid customer service. Came and ordered 2 blizzards but one was a small and other was a medium. When we received them they both were smalls. We returned to the window and mentioned it to the worker and she was giving attitude and being rude for no reason and then gave us a medium and instead of actually putting from the brown sugar blizzard she just clearly dumped from the initial cup I gave into a medium cup and then put vanilla on top.
