I used to frequent this establishment quite often and I recently started back, but i'm beginning to regret it! The staff that work here are very very unfriendly! Their customer service skills are horrible! They always seem to have an attitude or they seem like you're bothering them because you came there to spend YOUR money! Went to Dairy Queen and ordered $50.00 worth of ice cream for my family. I ordered the dipped cone with sprinkles. The cone was stale and unpleasant to eat. The Asian guy working had an attitude because I wanted a refund. He smashed the cone and said, it feels soft to me. How rude and condescending was that!!!! If my cone is stale, then it's stale. I just got food there yesterday for my husband and watched the person at the counter put a scoop of ice cream from someone half eaten ice cream back into the container. Then my husband got really sick after eating the chili dog and fries here. I would be careful with the food quality here. I sent in a form using that link.
