We placed an order on uber eats for pickup around 9:20, on uber, the app closes the store at 9:30. We got there around 9:30 to pick up our food and were denied service as they claimed they dont make any of the uber eats orders past 9:20. They then told us to cancel it on our end which sent us into a 45 minute long struggle of trying to cancel our order because they would not pick up the phone so uber support could verify that we needed our order canceled.
