I placed a very specific order for delivery last night and it arrived EXACTLY like I ordered! Amazing attention to detail- Food was still hot and fresh, looked great and the new Korean BBQ sauce was delicious! I've also utilized the drive thru and am always pleased with the service and food quality here!
Friend tried to order a vanilla ice cream cone on free cone day. Had the app, signed up went to the drive through the drive through worker said she could not redeem it. It said it was redeemable, worker proceeded to ignore us and look around at her coworkers not answering our respectful questions. We asked if there was a way she could get her free cone she proceeded to ignore us. Cone was small, poorly made, and the workers were unwelcoming.
