Went through the drive through, had NO specialty blizzards out of 5 flavours, they only had the classics, then the Reese cup blizzard I got, the chocolate tasted like it was over a year old…. Was not good at all.
I placed an order for a custom cake, and while the design itself turned out exactly how I requested, I specifically confirmed both by email and over the phone that it should include “Happy Birthday” with my friend’s name in black ink — which was unfortunately not done.
Great food and great staff
Staff intentionally contaminating food ordered a specific way. Unsafe, due to risk of allergy. Will be calling management and keeping proof of intentional cross contamination. Burger ordered plain and intentionally smeared with ketchup on one half (proof in photos)
