Drive through. I ordered a large twist cone. $5 and change. What I got was BARELY ice cream over the top of the actual cone. I knocked on their window and asked “are you sure this is a large?” And the girls response “ I can make it again if you don’t think it’s right” and a super super snotty tone. I am so disappointed in the professional conduct of the employees at this store. The young employees used the F bomb multiple times while we were in the dining room. They were complaining loudly that we were there. The dining room hadn’t even closed yet. They even suggested we go to the outside tables to finish our meal because the dining room was going to close soon. It was just after 9pm and the open hours on the door plainly said 10pm. If I could give 0 stars I would. The Mexican girl and the purple hair girl that works nights are absolutely so rude. Especially the purple haired girl. All the Chairs inside was up on the tables by 8 pm when they close literally more than an hour later. Mind you this is a Monday night. And when we put it down for us to sit and eat they literally came and put all the chairs up again and pull the tables together (which was super loud and felt like she was doing it on porpoise and made us feel uncomfortable wanting us to leave ... read more
My daughter and her friend came over after school and went to dairy Queen. After waiting for 5 minutes at the counter the employee finally came over and said that they don't give service to minors unless they have someone 18 or older with them. They never gave her a reason. My daughter and her friend are very upset because the lady gave them a mean glare and shook her head, giving them the look for them to go.
