Food is good and staff is decently friendly but they are always pull me in drive thru and it’s really annoying, I used to run a fast food restaurant. I understand how important drive time is to companies, but experience for the customers is more important and I hate getting pulled every single time for literally one meal.
I went through the drink thru Tuesday July 29th that evening for some ice cream for me and my fiance. I got to the box and the person was rude. I pull up to the window and the crew I saw was too busy worrying about their own drama. I paid with a debit card and the girl tried to close the window before handing me back my card, I had to ask for it back. The girl who I assume took my order was giving me a scowl look.
