My husband placed our order through the Dairy Queen app for delivery, specifically as a treat for ourselves. He ordered a large blizzard and I ordered a MEDIUM MINT OREO blizzard, with other food. The ordered arrived with his large blizzard and a MINI Oreo blizzard, not a medium or mint. When he called they said we can come in to pickup a medium any time….. 🤯we paid delivery fees why would I have to travel to your location to correct your mistake. What started out as an ice cream treat turned into using the app for BOGO stackable burgers and a grilled chicken salad along with sundaes for a treat afterwards 😋
dry burger, fries weren’t fresh, pretzels were soggy and napkins just crumpled up and shoved in the bag. i enjoyed my orange crush tho.
