I did a mobile pick up through the app and I’m just so unbelievably disappointed in how slow this store is, I placed it and then waited about 10 minutes and then walked over from my work to get my order and all the employees just stared at me and ignored me, one girl even stopped and counted dipping sauce cups while side eyeing me and ignoring me and after about 3 minutes of being the only one in line and everyone staring at me like I’m weird a girl finally comes over and I tell her I have a pick up order which by now I had ... read more
Too popular? This place gets jammed up in the evening. I guess everyone wants a blizzard at night before they close. The employees are good at keeping it together, but the drive thru wait time is rough. Going inside isn't much better since there's only one prep area and drive thru orders are taking up all the prep time. It's hard figuring out how to deal with the crazy/random rush times, I hope they figure it out.
Better service than a lot of sit down restaurants!
