I ordered a poutine on Wednesday through mobile order, but when I got there the store was closed. Later, I went to the store and there were two girls working—they were both really nice and helped me get a refund. One of them told me that next time I come in, she would give me a free poutine. Honestly, I didn’t expect that, but when I visited again, she was there and actually gave me the free poutine just like she said. That really meant a lot.
