Just another DQ service was good and establishment was clean
I wait in line for over 10 minutes to buy a small vanilla cone. I get to the front and they have no cones. They offer to put it in a cup and I say no. I enjoy the cone. I ask if they would honour the small price and give me a medium cone but only the same amount of ice cream as a small. They say they cannot do that. Long time satisfied customer will not be going back. Absolutely horrible service.
